Default Opening Day at Colonial!

So it's not Saratoga...and offers very little dirt racing, but at least it's racing!

It's better than that. It's home to some nice turf bombs.

It is a nice little track, but when your house was walking distance from Saratoga and now Colonial is your best option, it's just not the same!

What is unusual about Colonial's building is that it looks like it will seat thousands comfortably, but it has the most pedestrian "clubhouse" seating outside.

Part of my attraction to the place is staying in Richmond, which is a neat southern city.

As a City, I enjoy Richmond significantly more than Saratoga.

Very true. Also, the multi-race wager pools are not very big, but the opportunity for a nice score is there. One medium price horse is all it takes alot of times to have a pick 3 or pick 4 pay quite a bit more than the parlay would.
