What is Steve Doing for Two Weeks?
DATELINE: DERBY TRAIL DECEMBER 2008
It's offical, Steve Byk has announced that he will take two weeks off his At the Races radio show over the upcoming holidays. This shocking news has trickled through out the racing industry leaving many to wonder why Steve is doing it and what the real story behind this shocking departure is all about. Steve, the Energizer Bunny in human form, has worked beyond human comprehension tirelessly spreading the horse racing story for years without rest. Working 18 hour days time and again, Saratoga marathon, travelling where needed, starting DT stable, feeding the Beulah thread, he's been there for all of us nonstop. And now he's going to stop? DTers, what do you think the real story behind the story? Coach Pants, can you comment? Mort, what says you? Everyone else?
