Default Question about Santa Anita and their old surface

I read where Santa Anita is suing the people who put down the original synthetic surface (the one they had so many problems with). Does anyone have any info on this law suit? Such as: where is stands, damages, etc etc. Thanks

Santa Anita should be suing the people who mandated that synthetic tracks be used in California.

I dont imagine that they will get anything from Cushion Track, other than a judgement to write off.
