Default A question on betting Keeneland off track

Pardon my ignorance on this one but........ I'm thinking of going to an off track place here in NJ. Can I make the 50 cent trifecta bet there or is the limit still $1.00

It depends on the outlet. For example, I know in Jacksonville, you can not bet dime super or 50 cent tris/pk4's

Scav is correct. Just because the track offers it on their wagering menu, does not mean the outlet will offer the wager.

Call the OTB and ask them jacksdad.

That's 100% correct and I'll give you a prime example.

Keeneland has 50 cent pick 4's, but when I was in Vegas last year, none of the casino sportsbooks could handle 50 cent bets in their system, so I could not bet it with a 50 cent bet and was forced to bet it as a $1 pick 4.

It totally depends on the outlet where you place the bet, regardless of what the track takes.

Thanks everyone for the input. I went over and it turns out that, yes, you can bet the 50 cent tri's at Favorites.
