Serves them right. The new leader and his antics are no better than the previous regime. It's nice to read that a federal judge also believes that they are in fact independant contractors no matter what their charlatan leadership would have you believe.

It is ironic how he tried so hard to turn the guild into a union (though there was really very little chance of it) and in the end winds up benefiting from them not being one. I really have little sympathy for the jocks as they were robbed by a guy who was leading them, willingly, down the wrong path. This is not a not like some little old lady that gets bilked in a pyramid scheme.
