Is online gambling legal in TEXAS??

I want to start playing the horses online instead of going to the track every weekend. As far as I know TVG and Magna does not accept TEXAS residents to bet BUT Youbet does allow. Why does one allow and the others dont?

Everything is legal until they arrest you

Your not getting arrested for placing a wager online, only for HOUSING those wagers which I don't think you are doing
