Help me understand.... Trump Pardons Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez arrested and convicted by US Justice department of Drug and weapons importation charges. Yet he invades a sovereign country to arrest their president on similar charges. What is the difference? Did one pay him off while the other didn't.
