I really do not see a problem with this particular deal.. maybe I am naive.

You put a horse in a claiming race, and its claimed.. who claims him shouldn't be of any consequence. Owners paid $32k for him, then got $80k for him from the claim.

If you have any doubts about your trainers "tactics", he shouldn't be training your horses in the first place.
