Default Steve at SA

Did anybody spot Steve today on the SA telecast ? I was looking for him and didn't spot him. I saw Hammer a few times.

It looked like a great day and they had a nice crowd. Big, but not BC big and looked like a great day of racing. Good all around, good weather too and great racing.

Looking forward to ATR recap on Monday.

I guess I was visible after the Kilroe because I received texts. Was a fabulous day start to finish, enhanced by chance to meet a dozen or so from twitter, Facebook, etc. Was a perfect sized crowd of 27k and indeed a different atmosphere from BC's there, which had been my only experience at SA until now. Have some fun photos that I'll put up. Am very glad I decided to come here for the show for the week. Hope to make it an annual run.

Steve, it was a great pleasure and a singular honor to meet you this morning. I appreciate my friend Tom Quigley for lining you up for his "show". I never would have been able to find you otherwise.

I truly hope that this just the first of many non-Breeders Cup visits that you will make out here. You have a forum where you can tell the rest of the country that we are not a bunch of 10-gallon hats (Doc Harrington notwithstanding LOL ).

Thanks again Steve. You are a treasure......for all of us!
