It was herding once he went to the lefty whip. Ultimately, if that's the direction the stewards want to go, that's a positive development. But it's frustrating to be DQ'ed out of a winner for herding when we've seen it go unpunished time and time again.

Both horses were running head-to-head from the top of the stretch, Trujillo put his horse to the left-side of Saez's horse which had Saez change hands with the whip..... left handed whipping of the 2 caused the 2 horse to move into the 7 horse..

I think it's called horse racing and the stewards should have dismissed it imo
