Gomez to ride regularly at Monmouth

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Garrett Gomez, the Eclipse Award-winning jockey two of the last three years, will ride regularly at Monmouth Park beginning next month, his agent, Ron Anderson, said Friday morning at Churchill Downs.

I like the NYRA...The whole state is a mess with regards to the racing industry. Whoever needs to listen is fine, but obviously changes will need to be made.

I took a year off from here and am much happier now in fact b/c I don't take it seriously at all. I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to talk horses. At the same time I don't dig internet bullying. Most of the time Andy isn't looking to add to any conversation, he simply looks for posts to make nasty comments of whatever kind.

Do you really think NYRA would sit back and let Monmouth run a meet with 1 million dollars a day in purses if they had the wherewithal to match it? They don't and that's why they're not.

Could've been phrased differently maybe...fair enough...it is the style of post that is monotonous and simply wouldn't be said to someone's face on consistent basis which is my problem.
