He sure seems like one to keep an eye on, I was really impressed with what he did on DD. The Southland Tales site looked very intriguing. I wonder why the SNL cast would be involved?

Thanks, I'm going to keep my eye out for when that one comes on. I don't do DVD's but I get every movie channel know to mankind. Sooner or later it'll show up.

I understand it is basically a comedy despite the look of it!

Yeah I just noticed on IMDB that the genres it's listed under are Comedy/Musical/Sci-fi/Thriller.

Interesting blend!

Kelly is not Joss Whedon but he has some talent, and that is an excellent cast! I keep waiting for SMG to get the recognition she deserves, The Rock has come a long way from his WWE days and there are some very interesting other names there!

I liked the Stakeout movies with Richard Dreyfuss and Emilio Estevez. Alot of people found the movies unfunny. But I loved them

Falling Down w/Michael Douglas & Robert Duvall. Seems like nobody saw it, and those that did don't really remember it. I thought it was a good one.

Raising Arizona gets the most out loud laughs out of me than any other movie. A lot of my friends hate it with a passion.

Oh my God, there are people out there who hate "Raising Arizona"???? That's positively un-American. Why do they hate our freedom??????

Hee hee hee. I LOVE that movie. I love Nic Cage so much more in comedy than drama.

Okay, here's a story about what we'll accept and what we'll say is stupid in a movie-- "Air Force One" and "Face/Off" came out the same summer and I remember thinking "Air Force One" was just idiotic because the whole plot hinged on a Secret Service guy turning coat and in reality, that's one of the reasons they always travel in pairs-- so one of them never has the opportunity to betray his charges. So the whole movie was based on something that could never happen.

Mind you, I was perfectly willing in "Face/Off" to accept Nicolas Cage and John Travolta switching faces and no one noticing anything, not even the WIFE of Travolta's character.

Maybe I just like John Woo films.

I hated "Air Force One." Actually, I hate almost everything Harrison Ford has done in the past fifteen years. Especially "Regarding Henry."

I like Harrison Ford...but he's never come close to Blade Runner, then again...he's never had such a script!
