![]() on saturday, going to be there for 10 days i have read that gulfstream is not the place to be for a horse racing fan, would i be better off going to gulfstream or tampa bay downs ? Appreciate anyones opinion

![]() Depends what you are looking for Point Given.
You cant beat the quality racing that Gulf has on Saturdays this time of year. If it were me, I'd go there no matter what the facility was like. Tampa doesnt have quality, the track may look a lot nicer but the horses that race there are not much. Go to Gulfstream. |

![]() well after my 900 doller lose i shouldnt go to either but im going to one next weekend, going to spend the first part of the week with the family then next weekend gambling, maybe i will do gulfstream, i have just herd so many bad things though.

I love Tampa racing, but it's kind of a dump.

![]() Go to Gulf.
Spend $5 or whatever and get a seat in the grandstand (free to park and get in). No matter what people say, sitting in the grandstand at Gulf is the best seat at ANY racetrack for watching the races. The apron is small which means the g'stand is very close to the track itself. That said, I really like Tampa. |
