Default I think Baedeker should be put down

I've thought about this a lot recently, and discussed it with myself as well. My belief is that it should've been done after the $10,000 pick six he hit. The extent of his victory and subsequent loses were massive. Every analyst, other than Schrupp or Bray, would have been put down. Add to it the negative coverage that comes from such a high profile hit and the work to save losing picks makes sense. I think the analysts try for losing picks, but that doesn't excuse what happened here. If Mr. B could speak coherently, and it's possible with the right kind of diet and supplements, he would apologize for that winning ticket. In fact he had another winning ticket a few weeks ago....I don't see this having a happy ending. I think the mistake was made during the summer of 2005 and it's being compounded. Again, the analyst lover in me thinks he should be put down. There is nothing noble about keeping him around to give winning pick 4 and pick 6 tickets.

That is simply unfair to Jan Rushton.

He'll tell us when he's had enough. Now we just have to understand him.

Bob is funny. His family has been in the business for decades. I believe Bobs brother is pretty high up in the ranks at Hollywood. I also believe that Bobs family has something to do with Los Al.

Bob has made it clear many times........He will go into fetal position if he can't get action. He would bet on a fight between 2 drunk Indians.Bob is a pretty upbeat guy(especially for a dry drunk.)These guys on TVG have to keep pick 4 tickets at $48 or so.Not like on here (where guys put up 4 horses a race($256,) and claim they are geniuses.)

If you watched Baedaker on the Sunday Los Al show, you couldn't help but notice that all of the kids in the background were hanging "get well" cards on the set. Many of those kids drove miles to get a glimpse of their hero, and Bob, being the champion he is, persevered through another magical night of handicapping. Much like the Babe hitting that homerun for that sick child, Bob made it through the first leg of the early and late Pick Four, only to bow out gracefully when his locks failed to hit the board in races 2 and 7 respectfully. God Bless you Bob. Keep up the fight.
