Default Sciacca - Byk, Hooves, etc etc......

I KNOW Steve Byk is a big fan of him, and I want to say others like Hooves are as well - ANYWAYS...............

5 Johnny Bright Eyes Luzzi M J 120 9.90

I play this horse in the 5th today at Aqueduct STRICTLY ON THE NOTION that the Bykster and the gang can't be wrong, this Sciacca must be on his game. I throw $10 to win and place - and my pals sittin around me at our table are rolling in laughter until................

Man what a rush, I thought for a second I had a 36-1 winner or second place finisher!

Default See-ack-ahh!!!

Curt..

Funny thing is that Gary would have scratched the horse had a race on Friday filled.. I talked to him yesterday and he said he was going to let him run because he thought he could be competitive, though he knew there were some decent horses in the group and he might be in over his head... He ran a courageous race. Always bet Gary's horses like this toi show though and use them in the exotics. The triple paid $1,100+ because of him.

You know what we say around here.. "Sciacca.. You can't stop him.. You can only hope to contain him..."

JC,

I was going to answer your post earlier this a.m. and didn't get a chance till now... The incident from 3-4 years ago still is pending with Gary and assistant Paul Barone. For starters, Gary was out of the country on vacation at the time, and is dealing with it under the "trainer responsibility" rules. The Pinkerton who said he saw a "tubing" going on in a stall has changed testimony several times and seems unclear on what he did or didn't see and what horse was allegedly being tubed... It's a strange situation, but Gary and Paul have been fighting it from day one and there's still no resolution.

Come on,

You KNOW what they were doing, it was rampant at the time and they got caught redhanded, it is only because of NYRA security's bumbling incompetence that has kept them from being properly punished for their transgression.

Stop living in denial.

Didn't say I didn't know what they were doing. Explained what the status of the case was.
