Open letter to the "DEN"

Can we please stop the hatred. I am a horse racing fan first and foremost. The hatred spewed in this ongoing den is awful. Honesty is always the best policy. If I met each of you we would be best of friends. I'm 49 years old and I want to see this country "and us" succeed in every way. We all want the same thing. When I saw a beautiful rendition of the star spangled banner at the SPA this weekend, I got teary.
I know "Pants" I'm a white guy ***** turning against my people. I know Danzig, Im a white privlidged Trump idiot.
Guys and girls. PLEASE STOP! Steve Delinger would not even aprove of the hatred and vitriol spewed in his thread. My god, some of the hatred I read on here is crazy. Guys and girls, please, let's get along!!

Don't assume I'd get along with any democrat. That's typically not the case.

Politics discussion should borderline on the barbaric. The playing nice routine is a big part of what got us to where we are. It's a tactic used by the left to bring a malaise to their opponents.

I don't hate anyone. I have put a few on ignore because of how rude and crude they can be.
and no, I don't think you're an idiot. i perfectly enjoy a good debate. but i also do not like when things get personal, when some turn to name calling rather than sticking to the actual topic. yes, it can get heated at times.

Folks here act exactly as expected....thankfully in the real world folks are less caustic. Taking anything here seriously is a waste of time, I post here when in a particular mood, knowing in advance that there is nothing to gain. And for the record, Hillary will win in a landslide
