Default Saratoga preferred session 2

it starts off with a filly by top sire Stormy Atlantic, hip 297. a very productive family producing black type. http://www.fasigtipton.com/catalogs/2006/0812/297.pdf

no more Say Florida Sandys in session 2. he had 2 in the first session that basically bombed at about $5k bid and not sold. i wonder if anyone knows what the issues were with the 2 yearlings that prevented a sale ?

298 is a Point Given colt from black type dams. http://www.fasigtipton.com/catalogs/2006/0812/298.pdf

I wondered the same thing, Sumitas... I will say this... the two Say Florida Sandy babies were very small for yearlings. I checked out SFS and he is more "delicate" looking that most stallions himself. I would guess that perhaps this had something to do with it?

370 by Cryptoclearance went for $6k, must be issues with this one. 380 $10k, by City Zip. ouch, $5k on a Desert Warrior filly. $5k on 390, the last one of the sale, a Prime Timber. some very low bids to end the session.
