Has any other State ever had the last two Govs in Federal custody at the same time?

I'd make Maryland 3-1 and Louisianna 9-5.

Federal corruption charges. Two things that the FBI spokesperson just said was

1) Pay to play scandal
2) Opportunity of selling the senate seat (said selling wasn't the 'proper' term but along those lines)

How much interaction does a governor have with a senator?

No the Trib was bought by Sam Zell not too long ago. Blago wanted the company to appoint board members that would fire editorial writers who have published negative articles about him.

lol the Gov has some large balls to say the least.

I swear I read something on the fox news ticker yesterday about some big guy with the Tribune filing bankruptcy but that it wouldnt include Wrigley or some field he owns.... didnt know if the two stories were connected.

Chicago is pretty bad ass.

Trib's bankruptcy does not affect the Cubs or Wrigley Field, they weren't included in the filing

The Tribune Corporation filed for Bankruptcy..one of their holdings is the Tribune newspaper who also owns and is trying to sell the Cubs. They have been very critical of Blago in their editorials and Blago wanted a certain few fired in excahange for favorable tax rulings and benefits for the Cubs.
