Default Two account-wagering firms get okay in Texas

at least its a step in the right direction. So all you QH fans can now rest easy, you WILL be able to wager on the Lone Star QH meet through TS

California just denied, or in the process of denying, all four of the adw's licenses for next year, let the slinging begin.

awesome, guess i gotta put aside some money for off-shore wagers come first of th year, or actually roll out of bed before noon on a saturday and actually go to the track, great choices

Actually that won't happen either becuase January 19th the Feds are going to start enforcing the unlawful internet wagering act.

Banks will start getting fined for processing illegal gambling wagers.

They cut of bank cards and wires a couple of years ago at the handful of shops that still try to do business in the US. You can get a check by Fedex, but I suspect the new laws will cut that off and force them to have checks drawn on foreign accounts. Good luck getting that to clear.
