![]() That story may need some updating, as Steve mentioned over on the selections board:
FYI.. Re: the DMR signal on Xpressbet.. Restricted as of now in California, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming. ... Sounds like TVG is looking to be able to carry some of the TrackNet signals in exchange for letting the Del Mar signal out. Doesn't seem like an insane request, but as a bettor this whole ADW thing seems insanely counterproductive. |

![]() While I abhor exclusive agreements, there are two partners in any agreement. Both TVG and the tracks are to blame.

Believe me, I am not trying to defend TVG, but it is important to remember how this started.

Of course it's lousy for the bettor, that goes without saying, but that doesn't mean the facts should be distorted.

![]() I'm not defending TVG in general but I don't see how they are the devil in this one. They weren't the ones who started the whole " exclusivity fight ", that would be the other side I believe, and now they are protecting a valuable asset they own. It's business.
