Favorite Saratoga Reference...
Scent of a Woman:
Pacino says: "By the time they get back it's going to be opening day at Saratoga." Parcells is always making horse racing references, but don't remember a Saratoga reference yet.

The short story that the movie " Legends of the Fall " is based on has its ending in Saratoga, during racing, though unfortunately it was changed for the movie.
