![]() What the hell was R. Rodriguez doing on Warwick Wonder today at Aqueduct?? He was 6 lengths clear in mid stretch and he starts continuously looking over both shoulders all the way to the wire.....Very bizarre.
Anyone else notice?

![]() Looks like he had so much horse...
He just had him on hold almost the entire race, maybe he could not believe no one was coming... Did he even ever give an indication to the horse to start to run? Looks like he was standing up the whole way. That was a real beat down. |

![]() He doesn't look great on a horse, but at least unlike many guys impersonating jockeys out at Aqueduct right now, he goes to the lead and looks to stay inside.
On that horse today, I think he was just looking to see how far in front he was, so that he could handle the horse carefully. He's a $7K claimer, the bottom of the barrel in NY, and may well have issues. He was probably just being careful. But, I can't disagree with the original post, it certainly looked a little odd. I actually have a real respect for the guy. He works horses in the morning and I see him at the track all the time. He must really love the game. I can relate. |

![]() There should be a thread stickied for bad rides...
Race 4 Aqueduct The wizard Alan Garcia tries to get through on the rail and decides after two checks that it's wise to go to the outside. Loses by a head at most. Unbelievable how ignorant these guys are at Aqueduct. |
