Default Delaware North

Well the alliances are forming. Delaware North (which is a very very fine company) has joined Empire Racing in the bid to operate Belmont, Aqueduct and Saratoga.

Here is the link to the story in bloodhorse.

Yeah I guess NYRA should quit now, after all they are only teaming up with Bally's. Do you really think that Delaware North has the cash that Bally's has?

They don't have the ching to get this franchise. Its pretty funny when I hear people talking about the players in this thing and the cash situation. I'm sure Magna and Churchill have a lotta cash, but Bally's well hell, I mean, whose gonna outbid them and they are gonna put up the ching in the NYRA alliance.

I don't know a lot about the situation, but I think Magna might be having difficulties, otherwise...why are the execs bailing?

They have been having problems since 2000. Frank has got himself a mess over there. But I think he will get it straightened out.

Churchill can outbid Ballys in a second. MEC is a different story, but I wouldnt put anything past Frank. Ballys doesnt have enough cash to make a bid like Churchill can. Ballys has too much debt.
