They lost!!! no way..I was in one of those oh so very comfortable spots on the couch and they were cruising along nicely...when I woke up it was like 3 a.m....damn it....

yeah Sam....they gave up 6 in the 8th.

Yeah that was a bit of a surprise to see when I woke up this morning. I love the Sox, but I couldn't stay awake for that mess last night. That game just dragged. Great match up today.

As a Yankee fan I was amazed when I woke up this morning. I went to bed after Captain America struck out with the bases loaded in the 7th. Never thought that the Sox pen would blow a 5-run lead. Yanks need to win one more for it to be a good weekend in Beantown.
