Default Where are the two year olds...

There hasn't been a race yet for them, unless I missed one.

I was wondering the same thing, I don't think the Big A had any of those 4 1/2 F on the inner for 2yo. I know they had some in the condition book in early May, i guess they just were not getting enough entries

The 2yos are in KY. Last year NY decided not to tryto compete w/Kee or the early stages of the CD meet and carded no 2yo races till late May/early June.

Calder's also focusing a lot on 2 year olds this meet so maybe some of the trainers that split between Fla and NY are leaving horses down there. . .

I guess there just aren't many 2 year olds ready to run right now in New York. They are having a 2 year old race at Belmont this coming Thursday and there are only 6 horses in there. I can't believe that they only got 6.

No, it's not. It's an open race. There are a couple of Ky breds and a Florida bred in the race.

You're right, sorry, I looked at the first two, saw they were NY Breds, and stopped noticing.

Sorry.

hard to assess this bunch on pedigree alone. the lone filly in the race does have one prior start where she finished 2nd. I guess i favor Cannonball and the filly.
