Premium Tap is not even on par with Rags To Riches?

premium tap is one of those horses that would run 2nd to spectacular bid, and ghostzapper, then would run 2nd or 3rd to horses like Wooden Phone, Naughty New Yorker, Puerto Madero, Early Pioneer, Ecton Park

What about the Clark and the Woodward last year?
Or his "prep" race for the DWC?

the Clark is for loser horses who couldnt hack it in the BC Classic so they are given another chance to win a prestigious race with a decent purse, plus the Woodward hasnt been the same the past few years

I thought he won the Woodward and the Clark?

2nd in the DWC and 3rd to Invasor and Berardini in the BCC IMO is pretty good. Definatly should be in the top 5 on that list

That right there is a telling exposé on the validity of the list.

That's like me making a list of the best horses ever and saying
1. Secretariat
2. Man O War
3. Nightmare Affair/Citation

that's why I thought it was intended as a joke. why would a top ten list have eleven horses?

but yeah your point is well taken, to put Admire Moon, who just won a $5 million dollar turf race against the best in the world on the same level as Curlin? and below Rags To Riches? its hard to write such comedy.

Well the eleven horses thing didn't bother me, as awhile back I had a (/) on my fifth spot for my Derby horses. It's usually used when someone is really having a hard time figuring out that very bottom spot. But yes, a twice race three year old on even terms with a grade I winning monster.

If this list were a horse in a race, the DRF comments would say "no thanks; toss."

1.Invasor--self explanatory

2.Vengenace of Rain--has been a consistent top class horse in Hong Kong being two time horse of the year there, strung two victories in a how with his stellar run in the Dubai Sheema

3.Asiatic Boy--with his run in Dubai and connections, it suggest that he could only get better as he gets older. Defintely has proven to be one of the top 3 yr olds in the world. Hopefully we will see him here in the summer

4.Discreet Cat--we have heard the excuses, came off a layoff, was undefeated before that produced amazing performances here and in Dubai.

5.Street Sense--won the BC, then came back off the layoff with one hell of a run against AGS could probably be the best 3 yr old right now.

6.Circular Quay--my KY derby pick, shown early on as 2 yr old the talent and his last race is a indicator of what he can really do. Hopefully Pletcher will have him at his best come May 5th

7.Rags to Riches---whats there to say, you all have seen the races, granted it was against suspect competition, but we all saw the way she won. With her breeding, and the way she looks an absolute stunner of a horse. She could very well turn out to be the next great Distaffer after Azeri's retirement

8.Red Rocks--took a while to get this one goin in England, also had a bit of bad luck in 2 races id say, shown what he had in the BC Turf, stunk it up in Dubai, but im willing to give this one a shot as the year progresses

9.Ravel--the races in SA were eyecatching, the darn horse just got hurt

10.Curlin/Admire Moon--Curlin has won his two races in way that would make you think hes a legit horse and the Arkansas Derby will prove it. I'm sure of it

Admire Moon--the guy has been there and done that, the Dubai Duty Free solidified that hes gonna be someone to look for in our races this year.

Why would nightmare affair be on there? What telling expose on the validity on the list Curlin is a legit Ky Derby horse and top 3 yr old? Admire Moon is a well traveled handicap horse in Japan who won in Dubai? Whats the problem?

Why on Earth would Curlin be on par with Admire Moon?!

My list is only slightly more absurd.

I don't even know why I'm trying to reason. It's like PG1985 redux.
