Turfway Park day racing

Turfway Park announced that post time for this upcoming Wednesday and Thursdays card will be 1:10pm instead of 5:30pm. They site the reason being expected cold temperatures. I was always curious why they ran in Jan/Feb during the night when generally is the coldest.
