Default new horse slaughter bills

I'm not really interested in starting some great debate about the practice of slaughtering horses for overseas consumption. I do however think it's important to keep up on proposed and pending legislation...and I applaud these legislators for not giving up on this issue.

Sounds like all Mr.Buford is trying to do is dump the problem on another state with his bill. When will politicians realize these bills will never work unless they provide the proper FUNDING!!!! Passing a bill based on nothing but emotion does nothing for horses. They need to provide MONEY for them to work. But then again, they are politicians.
