Our trip deep in the heart of Texas yielded 3 ROI winners and 5 winning trips to the cashiers
window. It's been a few years since we played at the Lone Star state and for one player it
isn't often enough. Digger continued his winning ways and stayed in positive territory for the
year by cashing a ticket in race 10. Dig wound up with a profit of $40. Zippy takes second
place by hitting 3 exacta's worth a total of $135. The exacta in the 6th was his best return
paying $70.40 The big winner on the day was Joly B. His $22 exacta box in race 8 was
worth $200 and was enough for a comfortable win. Not only that but I saw that JB easily
won the points contest too. All and all it was a good day at Lone Star for JB. Congrats on

we're going but after looking at the Stakes cards it's too bad that JB will have a tough
