Laurie is Maryland based. She is a trainer/owner/breeder. Last summer she bought a FuPeg yearling whose granddam is Sky Beauty for 10K. His name is Sky Pegasus. Why the price? He is a ridgling. He still has his nut! I'll let Laurie tell you the most recent story

"Ok, now we are getting somewhere! Sky got his gate card on Wednesday. He out broke the other three horses by a good 3/4 of a length. He wasn't supposed to be working but apparently the clocker caught him in 39 for 3f. He finished up ten lengths in front of the second place horse and about half a mile in front of the other two.
Here is the best part!!!! He actually bucked and then reared up and got away from my groom while he was being walked around the shed for a turn before the rider got on today! Not bad for a horse who used to act like a hundred year old plow mule, man boobs and all!
He looks night and day from when I got him and is finally acting like a race horse. This might really be happening........."

"Truthfully its still a long shot that he win any big races. When I first got him I thought it was an impossible shot that he even make it to the races. I thought if he was that messed up already he was bound to get worse. Instead he got better. Don't ask me how cause I don't know, but he did. His legs look better now than when he came out of his Mama I would be willing to bet.
