Default Observations and a prediction

The top teams in college football seem more disciplined and less mistake prone than the average team in the NFL. I watched a game tonight that resembled pop warner. Two turnovers in the red zone, both within the 5 yard line. Dropped catches, pouting, inconsistent reffing, and bad play calling. It's week 11 and most of the teams are playing like it's preseason.

Is anyone real confident in picking the Super Bowl champs at this point in the season? I am but i'm not too confident in my choice.

Colts? Consistently choke
Patriots? Deja Vu in the secondary
Chargers? Can anyone have confidence with Marty ball?
Broncos? The rotating door rb routine is catching up with Shanahan. PLUMMER
Jags? Giants made these pretenders look like a playoff team. No chance
Jets? Not with Mangina making stupid play calls like that onside kick.
Bears? Run defense and an inconsistent qb
Cowboys? T.O. overdue for another meltdown?
Giants? Injuries and a pouty woman for a qb
Seahawks? Horrible run defense and injured rb and qb. Highly unlikely
Carolina? Dark horse and currently my pick IF the key players stay healthy.

If there is a team that can beat the Bears it is a healthy Panthers squad. The defense is second to none right now which was clearly evident in the shutout of the Rams. Right now they are my pick to win it all if the other elite teams don't step it up a few levels.

And hey...Delhomme comes from a horse racing family. You gotta root for the guy!

Oh and I made this thread because I didn't get the over tonight. Fumble city.

You would be wise not to omit the Ravens from your list they have a real NFL Qb now and are a threat to beat anyone in the NFL especailly at home they will end up with a record of about 12-4 and should be good enough to get at least 1 home game in the playoffs they also beat San Diego, Cincy and if you checked at last report they have the 4th easist sch remaining.

Funny Pillow Pants, I put some money on the Panthers to win the NFC and Superbowl yesterday and told all of my friends to get in on the action. They have a favorable schedule the rest of the way and we already now that they can beat the Bears. Good stuff.
