What do you guys think of this double bet?

First 2 races have me pretty well perplexed.... Is this bet really dumb?

$1 DD Daily Double 4, 7, 10, 11, 12 / 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

$50....
