Jane Cibelli at Monmouth Park

Looking at the PP's for Monmouth Park this weekend and noticed that Jane Cibelli has been replaced on the number of horses by Matthew Hartman. Did she get suspended? Last time Matthew Hartman trained was in 2011 and apparently he was a minor trainer back into the 90s. Just to say he has no record or no patterns that show up other than if you look a back in Equibase he was about 7% lifetime trainer.Thanks
