Default Rosie too upset to talk to NBC afterwards?

I didn't get that at all. Part of the job description, IMO especially on the bigger days. Really wanted to hear her outlook after the race but so be it I guess

She seems to be moody or get annoyed with the attention at times. I've seen her in person a few times and sometimes she is great and other times she has appeared to be the most miserable person on earth

The truth would be something like this.....
She has been beating up on America, Got Lucky and Unbridled Forever. Shes an OK filly in a really bad crop. She was massively overrated going into this race. Bad decision by the connections also. She would have won a G1 at Saratoga last weekend, a prestigious G1.

I applaud the owners for taking a shot
As for Rosie add her to the list of those in racing that missed the memo reminding us we must Be as gracious in defeat as we are victory

Bayern had it easy up front and the others were swimming in quicksand behind him in typical Monmouth dirt track fashion.

I agree. I give them props for trying, but see them sticking to their own division now.

Hopefully she was upset with herself. She might want a redo on that 4W3W trip

Untapable at 6/5 is my favorite 2014 example of why we need exchange wagering.

Guy next to me went to paddock earlier and they had her signing autographs and she was not happy doing so and they also had a ceremony earlier in winners circle giving her an award. This was probably very distracting and not something to help her focus. I remember Arnie Palmer telling a story about shaking someones hand on his likely victory in a major tourney that he then lost , and he blamed himself for losing focus by that.

rosie talked to someone:

"The horse next to us (Social Inclusion) acted up in the gate, so she got a little fussy and didn't get away well," jockey Rosie Napravnik said of Untapable's run. "We had the widest trip of everybody; she ran a hell of a race and ran as hard as she could."

Untapable was an underlay, but ran a much better race than the results indicate. Glad they at least took a shot.

I've read and heard many times Rosie is not very outgoing and charismatic. Combine that with losing and I'm sure that's not a recipe I'd want to interview.
