R1 at SA today, the #1 horse stays straight as a string through the stretch, and gets bumped repeatedly by the favorite #3. The #2 caused a lot of the bumping - but she finished 3rd. Now, was the 3 horse the best in that race? probably, but what exactly did the 1 do the warrant a DQ? The #1 horse seems to have stayed in his same path around the turn and into the stretch.
