Default Declan's Moon

He made his return back in July right? I didn't see how he did or if he's still racing... Sorry to re-hash, but internet searches are brining up old **** from 2004, and I wasn't keeping up much earlier in the summer.

I think he was 2nd in his first race back and then dead last in his second race back.

I was at that race (the O'Brien) and he looked REALLY good... In the paddock. On the track he did zip, never looked comfortable. From what I remember he bled and/or had a lung infection.
He IS posting works again though.

uh,
his only worth is what he earns at the track.

he is a gelding and although he is one of the best 2YOs I have seen in the last 10 years,
he looked horrible in the POB last time out.

Ellis has been on TVG several times since that race and seemed to be somewhat positive about the horse's future.

I sure as hell hope something was wrong with him last time b/c he simply can not be that slow. At least I hope not.
