2nd Race at Santa Anita Declared No Contest

In the 2nd race today at Santa Anita, a horse threw the rider at the start and then started running the wrong way. When the rest of the horses got to the stretch, the loose horse was running the opposite way down the stretch. So all the horses were forced to pull up briefly and the race was declared "no contest". All wagers were refunded.
