Not trying to compare cards, but there are carryovers at Monmouth in the pick 4 and pick 5 for Saturday as well.

Default Saturday's Card?

Since don't play BEL regularly any guesses about the track condition for the big card?

With that much rain I'm guessing the turf will be soft but how fast will the main track dry?

Muddy all day?

I'm leaving for Belmont at around 3AM on Saturday morning.

I talked with a few people who drove to Belmont from here -- it's a 6 hour drive and they told me the traffic won't be as bad as I expect. A few of them were saying Pittsburgh is the most miserable city to drive around in bar none in terms of difficult driving.

Anyone have any restaurant suggestions for places that are close to Belmont or at least not tricky to get to driving from Belmont? Anyone going to the track Saturday?

My girlfriend is bummed she couldn't get out of work. I already got the whole "please be safe, I don't know where I'd be without my Dougie!" drama stuff.

If Sciacca eats there -- the food must be decent.

Grubway is honestly the worst sub you can find, even in Erie ... and even the $5 foot-long isn't a great value ... and everyone knows the BMT smokes the tuna of the subs being offered for five bucks right now.

You literally go to Subway just to creep out the 19-year-old college sophomore sandwhich artist chicks.

I remember a back and forth about going to Paris and eating at McDonalds.

A dude is going to Paris -- and another dude tells him he has to eat at McDonald's like Pulp Fiction says.

Snobby guy jumps in and goes off with 'if you ever find yourself in Paris eating at McDonald's , just skip to the end of your life and blow your brains out. Everything is wasted on you'

'You're supposed to go there and eat snails. Or a maybe a pot of Moules Marinierees with a side of fries and a carafe of chilled white wine at a sidewalk table... or atleast get some escargot and French onion soup in a cafe across from the Louvre while surrounded by a pack of chain-smoking Frenchmen. McDonalds? Fucl< no!'

There a kinda hot latina chick that works at the one in Clearwater.

Unfortunately, she is the Jackson Pollock of sandwich artists.

There's one over by the Winghouse in that area that I was a regular at.

I was a regular for the lunch buffet at OZ.

Good day of betting in the Tampa/St Pete area = dinner and drinks at the Winghouse or dinner at the dog track.

Tough day betting = Chik-Fillet or Whataburger

Trolling for a girl = Grubway
