I know that this has been looked at before but can someone tell me why it hasn't been addressed. I was burned in Fridays late P4 at Belmont with the scratch of the 5 in race 6.

When you say addressed, are you talking about getting a refund with a late scratch in the first leg of a pick three/four sequance?

I don't really know the best way to handle it. Maybe a consolation like P3?
