This President Just Doesn’t Get It

While he spoke this morning he mentioned the fact the private sector has done a good job hiring while the State and Local Public sector has lost 450,000 jobs. His solution is to give Federal taxpayer money, actually taxpayer credit to State and Local governments to hire. Basically he wants to take tax money including your social security payments and give it to failing teachers. His thirst for big government will never be quenched, his suckling of the union teat and his belief the American taxpayers are inferior to government workers will never cease. How much one is taxed is not even given consideration as government needs trump all.

BTW Those 450K jobs at 50K/yr with benefits including healthcare come to roughly 25 billion a year or as the President likes to put it 250 billion over 10 years, $1,600 per taxpayer.

As another benefit the State and Local governments also have relieved themselves of the pension obligations strangling so many State and local budgets. The President needs to follow the lead of State and Local governments and trim the obese Federal Government. That will never happen and that is why he needs to move out.
