Default Victor's Whip In The Last

I'm not a member of PETA but 20 cracks of the whip in the last 3/16 made me absolutely pissed. Give me a ****ing break Victor. Disgraceful.

I'm pretty sure they are using the newly mandated whips that the horse doesn't even feel ( just hear )

you just figured that out? oooh, he whipped him too much. theres a whole crummy thread about how rachel got whipped too many times in the woodward. if she would of lost they would been crying about calvin not trying hard enough.

Bzzz, I had no money on the race. HE was clear for second, there was no purpose. Agree to disagree if you count 20 hits in the last quarter as being ok.

Randall,

Look I own horses and spend an inordinate amount of money to keep them on one of the best farms. They get the best feed, supplements, vet care, dentistry, and are never forced to run even slightly sore. I use one of the best trainers in the world. I care for my horses. However, this is racing and they whip them during a race. As soon as any of you drop 100 lbs. and win as many as Victor, then you can criticize him. Until then you are just crying. Stop it. If he was as bad as you say, then no one would use him. So get over it. Stop starting useless threads.

I'm critical of his use in that race. If its a useless thread please don't post in it. I call them like I see them.

I'm not a PETA parader, but this is not a useless thread. The sport might benefit from less whipping to no whip.

Think about it, the horse is giving as much as it is willing to give and regardless if they are winning or not they get the whip?

Thats kinda like being married!

I watched the replay of this race, the horse was struck 9x with the whip...

Topic starter is a douche and should think about driving off a cliff...

If the horse has nothing left, I don't agree with using the whip anymore. Only the jockey would truly know.

But sometimes I see jockeys whipping a hopelessly beaten horse near last place, and I have to wonder why.
