Default Trainer Laboccetta the junky

got caught under the influence of heroin after his Mercedes hit some mini-van full of orphans

I guess he had some left over ... I thought Saratoga had stricter drug testing..

I won't cast judgement as this guy is obviously a capable trainer and the courts will do that. I will say if his name was Kennedy instead of ending in a vowel people would be supporting him and celebrating him dealing with a problem.

Instead things are made up (I understand there was one occupant in the minivan and although he may have been an orphan he is in his mid 30's). And why the necessity of saying he was driving a mercedes in every account?

Heroin is bad stuff. I feel bad for the guy but the law is the law. Lock him up.

The Kennedy's don't have to follow the laws. Didn't you know that? Neither do the Bush family or the Clinton family. But half the morons that vote in American want another Clinton so we can have two families running america for a quarter century.

what happened to the old adage?
"what happens in Sartoga stays in Saratoga"
and what was a bus full of orphans doing out that late
I suspect the orphans caretakers are in some sort of curfew violation
the defense rests...

for his role in a car accident on August 5 in Wilton, New York

As if the accident would have happened if Labocetta didnt drive head on into the other guy's car...."his role". Very funny way to describe it.

Whatever happened to having a few beers with pals? Heroin? Thats so 1980's.

He needs help. Hopefully he gets it before it's too late.

We'll see how the NYRA responds when one of their trainers has a drug problem.
