Bigger than Declan's fist?

Is it easier coming in, or leaving?
I vote leaving.
In our case a little thing got in,
and a fairly big thing came out 9 months
after the little thing misbehaved.

if i were a doctor i might be tempted to take this approach.

kidney donation. indigestion. back ache. dizziness. angry blood. bone-itis, brain cloud.

let's head south.

how do we know this doctor's not just a big perv like me?

i want to be the first to say that when someone announces the first tooth extraction using this method, we've crossed a line.
