Looking at this race I noticed Devereux's first start was a 3rd in the Paint/Macho Again race, where Paint made that big move in the stretch. I don't think he's started since and a workout search on DRF shows nothing. Anybody got any info on that one? Wasn't a big figure race but obviously was a quality field.

I believe Paint was retired a few months back.. Could be wrong, but I think I remember reading about it under the "retirements" thread.

Vinery has moved it's stock to several trainers, including Larry Jones.
I saw him gallop yesterday with Larry up, he looked good. Looked good winning today too!
