Hard to believe I know.. after his brilliant 6 race career.

To stand in Argentina..

It's always tough when the great ones go. Who will ever forget his valiant defeat of future career maiden Immortal Eyes at Saratoga? Or his devastating wire job on the Belmont turf, while crawling around the track, leaving future maiden claimer Whirling Agathe in his wake.

In this case, I do cry for you Argentina.

He's a Storm Cat out of a Mr.Prospector mare that cost $2.5 million.

There's always going to be a place at stud somewhere for a multiple stakes winner with a pedigree like that.

Argentina might be a good place for him. There isn't quite as much Storm Cat or Mr. P blood down there to mix with I would think - and the horses down there seem to be a little more sound and handle lots of racing a little better.

Wow... he was.... great.

On a side note, the closest he ever got to an actual good horse was being stalled next to Lawyer Ron at Saratoga

Unless his one genuinely good filly doesn't get hurt - Saarland will be joining him very soon.
