wasn't that 2 yr old race yesterday a shocker ? where Citysnitch just crushed the field in the stretch to win by 11.

They won yesterday in the 2nd but it is a little riskier with 2yr olds. He should walk all over these though.

I just hope that Trip to the Bank does not win.
His sire is out of a Valid Appeal mare, and his dam is by Valid Appeal. I don't like to see ridiculous inbreeding like that rewarded.

I agree. That is a little too close for comfort.

Default ScatDaddy

His workout schedule is obscure and it isn't that fast
he beat 3 horses in the slop (very easy). At 1-5 no value but with Pletcher
on his side I reccomend to sit it out and watch.

I like the #2 to run well here.

Well I know this might just start the whole debate again..........but oh well.
Bold Ruler - Do you really think that Circular Quay wouldn't have won that race? Scat looked like Kermit he was so green. Oh well, I guess there are two ways to see this race:
1) He was green as hell and still won a graded stakes race.
2) He was all out to barely beat a horse of questionable class.

Either way.....there can be no debating, Pletcher is flat loaded.

Scat Daddy is very green and CQ is very professional but not that fast, although he might be as they stretch out. Both very good, but the one to watch in the Pletch barn is still Soaring By.

I really believe Frankel has the best 2yr old, but I want to see him again. CQ, SD, and SB are all stakes winners, but Frankels horse in my opinion is just better than all of them.

Did you see the show pool though. 312608 on SC. NYRA got hit hard in that race.

Who is Frankel's 2yo? I definitely think CQ is the best 2yo I have seen so far, but hey I have not seem them all and things change weekly with 2 year olds.

His name is Les Grands Trois. Officer/Gone West Mare that won by 9 at Belmont. Soaring By though is still the top 2yr old though if you are going on what they have done so far.
