10 years and $40k. Interesting that Standardbred Canada has moved to revoke her O'Brien award for 3yo filly pacer of the year. I am not sure why the positive was in August of 2007, but the trainer was not suspended until April 2008. Also, the horse is suspended as well -- 90 days -- and any purse money, trainer and driver fees, from August to November would be returned and redistributed.

So, now in NJ, other states as well -- what are the penalties and fines in our sport? Does anyone know?
