Good luck to him fighting the bankrupcy judge's ruling a few weeks ago.

When he said that NY State didn't seem to be getting very much I wonder if he understood the value of the land that was being ceded?

Hmmm $1 billion dollars of real estate for about $130,000. Only in NY govt is this considered a bad deal.
