Calling out Taoracing!
You called JJ classless.... you sir are classless! I listened to the part of ATRAB that you got people into such a huff about... JJ said nothing wrong... he was caring and concerned about Barbaro and he exact words were " I wouldn't be surprised if Barbaro has passed" nothing wrong with that! As a PR person it would make sooo much sense... but you would not understand that...
Then you make a disgusting post today!!! How dare you!! I really think unless you apologize to the entire board (JJ could care less about you)... you should be removed as a poster... you are no better than some of the outsiders that have made cruel comments about Barbaro in the last 24 hours! Have you ever owned a horse or even cared for one? I sincerely doubt it!! But you continue to hide behind a screen name so nothing "bits you in the ass"! I'm calling you out.... tell us who you are! Just ignore him Samm. He isn't worth getting upset over. There are always going to be people out there that are going to make fun of a tragedy. Yes, they are sick people, but we just have to learn to ignore them.

Samm or JJ (don't know who is who on these chatsites) sent me an e-mail explaining what they said. They were just trying to be realists, and hoped they were proven wrong. I believe the exact words were they "had a pit in their stomach for Barbaro", so Tao is 100% wrong about them. I too thought it was a little classless, but I see what they were saying. Thankfully they were wrong.
Tao is just an idiot looking for attention.

He doesn't upset me.... but when he claims to know JJ and won't give a name.... I think he should be put into place! He sure likes insulting people but doesnt have the balls to put a name to it! If he is involved in horseracing... it's sad!

samm and JJ--i was upset about what JJ said (I did not and do not dispute his right to say whatever comes to mind) I just felt that it was a bit over the line, given the gravity and sensitive nature of the situation. JMO.
But taoracing has apparantly lost his mind--or never had one to begin with. Attacking JJ on a personal level reagarding his career is without question below classless and does not belong here. Suggesting Barbaro should be...i'm not even repeating that one is disgusting and doesn't belong anywhere.

All of us were upset... you have to realize that JJ held this horses leg while the xrays were taken at Pimlico... he saw them... he came out and shook his head... the media was trying to take video and pics... I yelled at them. which they didn't like as I am a member of the media... but ALWAYS ALWAYS a horseman first as with JJ.... It would make sense to put him down and announce it the following day... the people involved need to pull themselves together... JJ and me have cried with each other when we were in that situation.... JJ wrote a beautiful peice (the one and only time he has ever written anything) when we had to put down a 2 year old who had lots of natural talent but broke her back leaving the gate on her first start... it happened to be right before Smarty's try for the crown in the Belmont... JJ is very straight forward... he even discusses my life when he dies (I tell him to shut the ********** up!) he tells the truth .... that is one thing that he always does! He was not trying to upset but prepare... as we all are!
Will it be a sad day... absolutely... but it would have been an even sadder day for me if Kevin didn't live through his accident last year... we must keep it in prospective...
