Default late Christmas gift suggestions

Horsey calendars to buy for the new year. Links collected by Eclipse award winning photographer Cindy Pierson Dulay, at her excellent website:

Nice thread idea and i am NOT ripping into you at all.... just some of the names crack me up ("Romancing the Horse") and the descriptions are even better.....

Excerpt... sounds like someone is a frustrated romance writer!

Dream Horses 2008 Wall Calendar

Dream Horses Wall Calendar: The pure romance of the horse— windblown manes, rippling muscles, the thunder of hooves, expressive, soulful eyes. From Bob Langrish, one of the world’s foremost equestrian photographers, the Dream Horses calendar is for horse lovers—a year of the power, elegance, and beauty that make horses so alluring, whether grazing quietly in a meadow or at full, explosive gallop.
Seamlessly blending fantasy with reality, these images portray a dreamlike world where horses run free. Dapples gallop across a lunar tundra. White stallions emerge from the mist. It’s the untamed spirit of the horse, eternal and enchanting.

Wow, wonder if Fabio is in there on one of the horses.

I actually made the stupid mistake of asking (in a bookstore, in the mall...) if they had any racing calendars.....

The girl said yes! Nascar!

Ugh.

"No, horse racing."

I got the usual look like I had grown two extra heads and had the plague.

"Well we have this," she said, keeping her distance so as not to get infected.

Barnyard animals?

Great.

I think we need a DT calendar featuring the 12 sexiest cappers.....
